Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is good for 30 days. Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund minus shipping. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns should be sent to CPWSA, not the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be given:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or yard sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the return.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to chris@cpwsa.com to let us know what happened.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be responsible for delivery issues we have no control over.
